Are you a guy heading for burn-out?
It's Mens Mental Health Awareness month and never has the time been more ripe to make those changes you want.
2022 is around the corner and if you've been gunning to join that cycling group or shed that spare tyre this is the time.
Maybe you've been worried about your health for a while. Your cholesterol has shot through the roof. You're bloated with gut-ache and unpredictable bowel movements. You're not seeing friends or exercising because of it and your Dr has told you you'll need anti-depressants if you don't get a handle on your work stress soon.
You're not alone. I see clients like this all the time but it doesn't have to be this way.
Would you like to
* Remove the obstacles in your way
* Get back on track with your goals and life-wishes
* Tackle your diet and lifestyle
* And feel energised, motivated and fulfilled again?

If you're heading for burn-out or simply want to get on track with your goals I can help you
You may have been taught to 'man-up' as a child but there's a big problem here. Your mind and body are inextricably connected. Bury your overwhelm, your stress and your negative feelings and your body will suffer.
Maybe you'll gain weight, lose interest in sex or going to the gym.
Maybe your joints will ache or you'll start losing your hair.
These are all signs of stress!
Your Doctor may prescribe anti-depressants which may be useful in the short-term but do you really want to be taking them for the rest of your life?
As the New Year approaches..
What aspirations do you have?
A question I ask clients is this.."If there was nothing in your way, what plans would you be making?
Would you be signing up to participate in local sports events but your aches and pains won't let you? Would you go for that career promotion or plan a trip to your dream destination but you're worried you won't have the energy or your weight gain is making you self-conscious?
Whatever it is, you can overcome these obstacles when you understand what your symptoms mean, where they've come from and what you can do about them.
Make a decision today that you want change and then ask yourself, what is one step I can take towards this goal? Is it seeing a professional to address your health concerns? Or having a conversation with your partner to make some exciting plans?
Not sure? Schedule a free 30 minute call here and I'll help you.
