This is how we do it…
Identify
+ Session 1 kicks-off with a deep dive into your health questionnaire (available when you sign up)
+ We discuss your health history, lifestyle, your needs and what you want to achieve
+ You’ll walk out of the door with tons of advice and practical actions, greater knowledge and an eagerness to get started!
Recap
+ In session 2 we revisit your goals and explore what’s been standing in your way
+ The actions from week 1 will be examined, tweaked and added to; we focus on small steps to get you breaking negative patterns and building new healthy habits
+ Get crystal clear on your symptoms, what they mean and how to manage them
Build
+ In week 3 you’ll be feeling more in control and beginning to take on a new identity – that of someone committed to building a stronger, healthier life
+ We take a deeper look at your mindset, the impact emotions have on your happiness and how they affect what you put into your body
Rhythm
+ By week 4-5 we add supplements, begin to identify those foods or situations that trigger negative outcomes and start to customise your plan further
