We are living in heightened times! It's easy to fall out of step with our true self and into old 'programming' that doesn't serve us. On Sunday, take an inward journey and find your voice. What do you need to let go of and leave behind? And what do you want really?!!! Gain clarity about your true desires and how you'd like to feel this coming year.
Give yourself room to feel better physically and emotionally
Rest and reflect with guided meditations to connect with your inner child, your emotional self, to meet your own needs. And your inner feminine and masculine for inspiration, greater harmony and flow in your life. Cultivate the practice of sitting or lying and being in stillness to hear your inner voice to completely relax and unwind from all your stress.
This workshop is perfect for you if you're in need of some me-time and inner and outer connection. It's also perfect if you feel overwhelmed and really need to share and feel the comfort and reassurance of others. And it's perfect if you need clarity about something and want to set some positive intentions for the next year.

Whatever it is you need, I will provide the space for you to breathe and explore your inner terrain through meditation, journalling, connection with others, movement and creating a vision-board to take home and inspire you as we move into winter.
This is a workshop circle which means not only will you have the comfort and support of like-minded women, you will also gain my insights, guidance, and expert tips and techniques to help you develop your self-care tools and practice self-love and self-compassion.
