Who am I + how can I help you
WHO AM I?
I’m a holistic nutrition coach who’s worked with and helped 1000s of clients over 30 years.
I also come from a family of sweet tooth addicts so I know what it's like to have sugar cravings and I know that changing our habits requires more than willpower which is why I've created simple strategies to stop me from self-sabotage and YOU too.
WHAT DO I KNOW + HOW DO I WORK?
I know that what you eat is just one piece of the health jigsaw, that most of us know what we should be eating and drinking but our negative thoughts and feelings get in the way so unless we explore our trapped emotions (stress), create a healthy mindset and change our diet and lifestyle in small daily steps, change won’t last.
We have to get underneath the reasons why we eat and drink what we do in order to create the change we want. This doesn't take a life-time to do, I promise.
I work in an intuitive way and create the space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, release the past and create a strong foundation for positive, lasting change then I introduce you to tried and tested naturopathic and nutritional techniques to get you on your way to feeling fantastic: energised, confident and healthy.
This way, healthy habits are more likely to stick
I'm trained in a unique philosophy which combines Natural Nutrition wIth Western Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, paradigms that believe wholeheartedly your body never works against you and when you give it what it needs, it will reward you well plus I'm a coach.
In other words I coach the best solutions out of you. I don't give you a long list of do's and don'ts. Everything is done at a pace where you feel in charge and in control, where you are able to integrate new ideas and approaches to help you feel your best self.
Often people don’t know what their body is trying to tell them. That’s where I come in.
