How to rest, reflect and reset as the year ends..

I appreciate you and thank you for bearing with me this week.  You are receiving more emails than usual as I'm hosting my final in-person event of 2024 and I really want you to come if you're based in Guernsey plus it's a powerful Astrological 11/11 portal for a new start and manifestation.

I do hope you'll join me on Sunday afternoon for rest, reflection, connection and much much more.  We will be reflecting on the year we've had, the ups and downs, what we want to take forward and what we want to leave behind. Perhaps you're struggling right now with a health issue, work or a relationship or struggling with the world as it is.

This is the perfect time to do this inner work as we reach the darkest point of the year on the 21st December.  Set your intentions for the coming year, start and build momentum with healthy habits.

Sunday will be a fantastic opportunity to initiate healthier ways of being or deepen practices you've already begun

Welcome in peace, joy, abundance, freedom and love which are your birthright and let go of old paradigms that make you feel small, unworthy and unable to attract what you wish for

Because of our personal Will, these qualities are not necessarily a given.  They are freely available at all times to all but free will and our human ego means we need to get conscious about the obstacles stopping us from feeling and experiencing their presence.    We may have unconscious ancestral and past life baggage as well as our adverse childhood experiences getting in our way.

We have to make space to become aware of our 'stuff’ then we can surrender it, get clear on what it is we actually want, ask and then let go and trust whilst asserting and affirming that we are supported, we are loved and everything we need or desire comes to us easily.

Can I coax you into this unifying moment to dream a higher, brighter vision for yourself, humanity and the planet?

It has to be expressed consciously you see, even if it's in your mind in the comfort of your home or even better as part of a group for maximum impact;)

 Book your space.

Grounding ourselves through meditation, journalling and other practices helps us find direction and clarity which soothes our busy minds and lets our inner light shine.  We are light beings after all.  We think of enlightenment as a spiritual matter.  It also refers to our ability to encapsulate and produce light within our cells.  We are like mini solar-powered batteries.

Our physical, mental and emotional health is dependent upon light for health which is why November through to the winter solstice on 21st is quite an adjustment.

But it's ok.  Darkness is an invitation to go within, to rest more than before and tend to our 'darkness,' our shadow-self, the hidden unconscious parts of us.  The limited beliefs we hold that stop us being vulnerable or intimate with ourselves or others and that judge and criticise us and others, that keep us small and dim our light and keep us in negative states of mind and negative states of health.

I'm reminded of enlightened beings such as Mother Mary, Mother Meera or Mother Teresa but also of Buddha and Master Jesus.  And others who have walked the earth, more like you and me, such as the heart-centred nature of Princess Diana and Bob Marley.  Who do you admire imbued with qualities you love?

Let's reclaim our needs through acknowledgement of our inner child, self-nurturing through our feminine self and aligned action through our masculine self.  These will be guided meditations on Sunday.

Whether or not you can join me on Sunday, I invite you to create more quiet moments this Autumn and Winter to hear your inner voice and be self-loving and self-compassionate, and intentional in what you desire to experience more of;  peace, abundance, joy, love, health, courage, compassion..

Let's get free of our fear-based programming through small daily mindful steps!

Much love
