How to navigate the Autumn Equinox + intermittent fasting explained

When Summer moves into Autumn, our lymphatic system actually does a flip with it's lymph flow, changing direction from up front and down the back in Spring to up the back and down the front on the Equinox.
THIS TAKES HUGE WHEREWITHAL. I MEAN HUGE ENERGY. And our lymphatic system needs to be in flow not stagnating due to stress, poor diet and lifestyle. Too many ice creams and alcohol fuelled summer nights may not be taking their toll now (the summer season can be very forgiving as we tend to hydrate better, eat more salads and spend more time outside) but Autumn naturally leads to thicker lymph and less light as the nights draw in and we move towards less healthy comfort foods.

Yes you read right. Eastern medicine has known this for yonks.
2/3RDS OF OUR ENERGY COMES FROM LIGHT and to effectively use, absorb and produce this light within our cells, we must be hydrated and cleansed.
Our cells are like little solar powered batteries.
This light is sunlight (even if it's cloudy, you will benefit) and luckily any substance containing chlorophyll (your veg) is effectively 'trapped sunlight.'
When you eat food it doesn't immediately give you energy. In fact, it uses up energy initially. Depending on what you eat, you can feel quite tired after eating. Once the food has been broken down into it's components, it will play a part in energy production but only a small part.
It is the gaps between your meals which are significant. This is where you allow sufficient cleansing (at least 4 hrs between meals) to maintain good health. In the video I explain the benefit of the 16/8 technique where you fast for 16hrs and have an eating period of 8 hrs.
It's why the yogis in India swear by fasting and sunbathing for optimum health. And it's why grazing long-term will lead to health issues. If you don't allow sufficient cleansing between meals, you will build your toxic load and decrease the effectiveness with which your body can cleanse and re-balance, essential elements for health.
Intermittent fasting really is an excellent way to prepare for the seasonal changeover. It means you're much less likely to suffer colds, chest infections and general ill-health over the Winter months so I heartily encourage you to watch my video as I explain exactly what to do - what is sensible to eat and what is best to avoid etc.
