8.45am - Meet and greet
9-10am - Yin Yang Yoga with Jane England
10.15-11.15am - Qi Gong Craig Turberville
11.15am - Light & healthy refreshments at hotel
12.00pm - Gentle walk to Fermain bay - opportunity to sea swim
1.00-2pm - Nutritional wellness talk with Sophie Shand
What to expect:
Yin Yang Yoga - A perfect balance of passive and active elements of yoga. Drawing harmony to the mind and body while syncing the breath with the Yang postures and slowing the nervous system down with the more passive and restorative Yin poses.
Qi Gong can be thought of as a study in the lost Art of Deep Relaxation.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is a holistic system of coordinated Breath work, Movement and Mindfulness.
The class will involve; Guided deep breathing to calm the nervous system, stretching to open the body's meridian channels to increase the flow of the body's natural energy, and a series of slow graceful movements to cultivate lightness and harmony in both body, mind and spirit.
Nutrition - Nutritional Tips for a Healthy Transition into Autumn and Winter
Let Sophie guide you through the healthiest Nutritional and Mindful approaches as we turn in towards Autumn and Winter - Discover her five principles of Health & Nutrition whilst embracing the art of rest, adapting to the changing seasons with adequate time outside in Nature as well as nurturing practices indoors to release stress and connect to our inner wisdom.

Coming from a fitness background Jane teaches Yoga with a functional connection to mind and body creating an environment that’s inclusive and supportive.
Sophie Shand - Nutritional Therapist & Life coach
Sophie is a holistic health practitioner combining her philosophies of Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Life Coaching to help others. She is passionate about embracing nature’s rhythms and connecting to oneself through meditation and other Spiritual practices.
Craig Turberville
A Certified Qi Gong, Pilates and Yoga Instructor.
Physical movement has always been an important and enjoyable part of his life, on both a mental and physical level. Craig provides well balanced, grounding and empowering Qi Gong lessons, and dynamic and challenging Pilates classes.
