Gosh gosh gosh... have you been feeling the intense energies recently?

As I reach the peak of my menopausal phase, my physical and emotional body speaks to me more sensitively than ever.  It's a complete reset for me, refocusing my priorities, my self-care practices and taking me ever deeper into releasing old programming that no longer serves me. For many of us, it stops us in our tracks — sometimes through sheer physical burnout, other times through emotional breakdowns that feel like everything is unraveling. And in a way… it is.
