Jane and I would love you to join us to prepare for the change of seasons.
The Autumn Equinox is known as the strongest energetic shift of the year, initiating a powerful emotional and physical detox. This can feel hard, particularly in the Northern hemisphere when our Spring and Summers bring varied wet and warm weather. Now we are moving into a quieter time for letting go, rest and regeneration.
Let us help you unwind and adjust to the shorter days, to keep that light shining within throughout Autumn and Winter with rituals and practices that support you.
We will begin with a gentle balancing meditation followed by Yin yoga poses and ending with a guided visualisation to bring us into harmony with ourselves. The class will include slow and fluid movements that link to each other like the seasons. Balances to bring balance back into our lives, folds to let go of disappointments or anything we no longer need and hip openers to be open to what ever awaits us.
